We are excited to announce that Stradey Sospans Girls Rugby Hub has a new home for the foreseeable future at Trimsaran RFC. We’re looking forward to building new memories here and continuing our growth in a welcoming and supportive club environment.
Coaches & Dads Take Home 7s Silverware

In true Sospans spirit, a group of our coaches and dads joined forces to enter the Warriors Party in the Park 7s Tournament — and came away with the Plate Winners trophy! A brilliant day of rugby and fun that shows the strength of our community on and off the pitch.
U14s Crowned West Wales Plate Winners
Congratulations to our Under 14s, who lifted the West Wales Plate this season! The team’s hard work and commitment paid off, and their victory is a proud moment for Stradey Sospans.
U16s Battle to Welsh Plate Final
Our Under 16s had a fantastic season, finishing as Welsh Plate Finalists and runners-up in the 2024/25 campaign. The squad showed incredible determination, teamwork, and passion throughout the competition — a huge achievement for the girls and the club.
